Questions, answered
Do I pay before the clean?
No. You book without paying anything upfront. Once the work is finished we bill the exact hours worked at the hourly rate confirmed for your job.
How is the price calculated?
Hours worked on site multiplied by your agreed hourly rate. We never bill an estimate, so you are not charged for time we did not work.
Is a deposit required?
Not by default. For larger or first-time jobs we may agree a deposit before the visit, and whatever you pay is credited in full against the final bill.
How do I pay?
After the clean we email you a secure payment link. You can pay online or in cash with the team, and the booking is marked paid either way.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. Our team arrives with its own products and equipment. If you prefer we use your supplies, tell us when we confirm the booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Call us or reply to your confirmation email at least 24 hours before your clean and we will move it at no charge.
